"As a new homebuyer, I was afraid of real estate agents. Many I ran into felt like they were rushing the process and were not taking into consideration the things I was really looking for in a house. Dawn was the first real estate agent I felt comfortable with and felt like she truly wanted the best home for me. She opened up her schedule many times and fought hard on the one I put an offer on and ended up getting. She will truly listen to the things you say and take to heart what your desires are in your future home. Her knowledge of the San Diego area is extensive as well. She knew almost every street name and as a San Diego native myself, that was quite impressive. With that being said, she is patient and willing to hold your hand through the process of home buying. This is something I truly appreciated, especially being a first-time, younger, single home buyer. On top of being great at what she does, she is also super fun to be around and has a great sense of humor.
